Recently, I led an engaging workshop on UX design systems and how to contribute as a designer to a group of 20 diverse industry professionals. I developed all workshop segments in Figma.

I was selected as speaker for the Bank of America DevCon conference. I delivered a compelling presentation to over 50 diverse industry professionals on "Understanding UX and Design Decisions in Banking". I engaged the audience through interactive discussions and thought-provoking questions, encouraging active participation and facilitating knowledge exchange among attendees. I also contributed to the advancement of UX discourse by adding a unique perspective to the conference's lineup, further establishing expertise in the field of UX design within banking.

Throughout the summer, I had the pleasure of assisting and mentoring eight individuals, guiding them through their queries, challenges, and curiosities about UX design. My goal was to provide valuable insights, share industry knowledge, and offer practical advice to help them navigate the complexities of UX design. My commitment to fostering the growth of emerging talent in the field of UX is evident in the meaningful interactions I had during these office hours. Whether discussing design principles, user research methodologies, or practical tips for working with design tools, each session was tailored to address the unique needs and aspirations of the individuals I worked with.
